The program, founded by Mayor David Martin and his wife Judy, helps youngsters in Greenwich and Stamford learn at sea. The Young Mariners Foundation honored Judy Martin and Stamford Mayor David Martin, founders of Starfish Connection Inc., a partner of YMF, at its fourth annual Keeping Kids on Course gala on Thursday.
